Terms & ConditionsIf you place an order for any of the Shop products, these terms and conditions will apply to your purchase 1. This Shop is only available to residents age 18 or over of Great Britain and the Channel Islands.
2. All prices include VAT but are exclusive of delivery costs (see paragraph 6 below for details).
3. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any product before you place an order. We try to ensure that our prices displayed in our Shop are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure. We will inform you if a product’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the product at the correct price.
4. The information about the products in the Shop (including the descriptions, quantities and price) does not represent an offer by us to sell the products on that basis. We are inviting you to make us an offer to purchase our products. A contract will only be formed when we accept your order. Acceptance is at our discretion and will depend, amongst other things upon the availability of the products ordered and the descriptions, quantities and prices of the products ordered being consistent with stock and prices on the day of despatch of the products you have ordered.
5. You may pay by MasterCard or Visa card, Switch or Delta or by cheque. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order. Your order will not be accepted by us and you will not be charged for items until such time as your payment has been processed.

The above listed prices apply to the delivery of goods to postal addresses in Great Britain and the Channel Islands.
7. Whilst we will endeavour to deliver to you within 7 days, please allow up to 28 days. All goods will be delivered to you by second class post unless otherwise stated.
8. In the event that any goods ordered are not available, we shall endeavour to notify you as soon as possible.

10. You have the right to cancel (for any reason) the contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after delivery. Cancellations should be notified to Weight Watchers (UK) Limited in writing within those seven days to the following address Weight Watchers (UK) Limited, At Home Department, Millennium House, Ludlow Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 2SL. Upon cancellation you should return all products to us at the above address and provided that they are in the same or similar condition as that when delivered, and in the case of CD ROM packs and DVDs, where they have not been unsealed, we shall arrange for the amount that you have paid for the goods to be refunded to you as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days. In the event that you fail to return the goods to us upon cancellation we shall have the right to deduct the cost of recovering the goods from any refund due to you. This cancellation and returns policy applies to all products purchased from Weight Watchers At Home Department or via our Shop at www.weightwatchers.co.uk except for Magazines. Please obtain a Proof of Postage which can be obtained free of charge from the Post Office. In the event of a faulty product, please phone us on 08456 788 999 Lines open - 7am-8pm Monday to Sunday including Bank holidays and our Customer Service team will be happy to help.
11. The rights set out above are in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.
