If you are not receiving our e-mail newsletter then the problem is most likely with your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Recently, many ISPs have implemented Spam protection systems to keep your email box from filling up with junk.
If you are a subscriber (to Weight Watchers® eSource or Weight Watchers Online), or a free Community user, you will need to log-in with your Username and Password before you can access the e-mail control centre.
To stop receiving our regular newsletter if you are a free Community user or a subscriber to Weight Watchers® eSource or Weight Watchers Online, please log in to your account with your Username and Password and do the following: Click on the ‘My Profile’ link at the top of the page.
Click on a board title that appeals to you. Click on a thread title. Read the messages there in sequence. If you want to reply, click on the little box, "Post A Message." This will reply to the thread you are reading. Click on "Start A New Thread" and this will start a new subject and thread.
