I have pointed this at 1pp per bottle using NVs from the Becks website. But someone on here yesterday said you can't calc pp for alcohol using NVs. As it's alcohol free, do you think I can use the NVs? How else can I work it out?

Hi
I wouldn't rely on NVs even for alcohol free lager - as it may contain something else that isn't on the label. However plan manager has generic alcohol free and low alcohol lagers that are also 1 point so your estimate sounds about right.
All you can do is find the closest match on the list and go with that.

Yes, you can just Point it using the nutritional information as all it contains is sugar which reports as carbs, and a little protein.
It's only for drinks contain alcohol that you can't Point from the label as the alcohol does not show up under the "carbs" total so you miss a lot of Points.
Where are you getting the nutritional information fro, I can't find it?

many thanks for the help & advice. I can't find the original place I got NVs, but have found on this site:http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/calories/becks-blue-alcohol-free-lager-275ml-bottle-2446941
their info makes it 2pp per bottle, so still not bad :)

That sounds right as on the old plan it was 1P and a lot of drinks etc. have doubled in PP.
I have some bottles in the house but nothing on the label which is why I asked.
